The Aso shrine 阿蘇神社

The Aso shrine is located in Ichinomiya town, Aso. Gate of the Aso shrine is include in the biggest gate in Japan. It was built by Kato Kiyomasa who was a lord and Hosokawa Shigetaka who was a Kumamoto's clan lord. In the precinct, there is a pine tree which is called "unit by tie(en-musubi)". It has a legend that we'll bless by a good tie.

The big cherry of Aso-isshingyo 阿蘇の一心行の大桜

The big cherry of Aso-isshingyo is the most famous and popular cherry tree in Kyushu. This cherry tree is more than 400 years old. I've never seen it, so I really want to see it next spring☆★☆ I think, everyone of living in Kumamoto are should know the cherry tree. In 2004, the tree's trunk was broken by the typhoon. A lot of people visit there in the season on coming into flower♪

The Kuma river 球磨川

The Kuma river is located in south of Kumamoto. It is a river of first- class and one of the Japan's famous rapid river. This river is also famous for growing to delicious and big sweetfish. At the Kuma river's dry riverbed, every year hold fireworks display. I went to there to see fireworks with my boyfriend last year. I want to go there this year too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Tsujun-kyo 通潤橋

This place is in Yamato town and "Tsujun-kyo" is a city water's waterway bridge which was built by stone. The form is arch and this is a historical-architecture-structure to prove high technique of Higo's "Ishiku". Do you know "Ishiku" ????? "Ishiku" is a workman to load of stone. I visited one time there when I was a elementary school student. What a huge bridge this is, I thought at that time. If you have enough time, please go away "Tsujun-kyo"☆
